I’m a licensed virtual therapist in New York (LCSW), offering online therapy for adults and couples located throughout New York City and New York State. As a therapist and writer, I’m inspired to help you take hold of your narrative — understanding where you’ve come from, how the past lives on in your present, and where you’d like to go.
